Policies & Must-Know Information
- Reservations must be canceled 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity. For corporate and special events, reservations must be canceled 72 hours before the time of the activity.
- Paddle boarding at The Greenbrier is a four-hour activity that includes two-and-a-half hours on the water, plus the shuttle ride and preparation time. All paddle boarding equipment and lifejackets are provided.
- There is no age limit, but children 16 and under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
- Guests should be equipped with comfortable swimwear, a ball cap or visor, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Shorts over a swimsuit are suggested.
- Please do not wear cotton items on the water.
