All Greenbrier guest rooms and indoor facilities are non-smoking.
Smoking is permitted on guest house porches and at outdoor locations.

| Heritage | Suites and guest houses ranging from two to four bedrooms, each with a private bath and large living areas or separate parlors for entertaining guests |
| Estate | Spacious suites and guest/estate houses from one to seven bedrooms, each with a private bath, and some featuring parlors large enough for entertaining up to 200 guests |

Deposit Policy & Other Info
Deposit Policy
For your convenience, The Greenbrier deposit requirement is equal to one night's room and tax charges.
Deposits for holiday reservations (Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's) are $600 per room at the time of booking. Deposits for holiday reservations are refundable up to 15 days prior to arrival. Please not that holiday deposits are considered non-refundable within 15 days of arrival.
When requesting reservations, please note arrival and departure dates carefully. Late arrival or early departure will cause forfeiture of deposit, unless cancellation or changes are made seven days in advance November through December, and 15 days in advance April through October. All major credit cards accepted for deposit and upon arrival for check-in.
Third or Fourth Party Occupancy
Adults 18 years or older: $50 per person, per night.
Check-In Time 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out Time 12:00 Noon
