Hemisphere, an exquisite restaurant with a world tasting menu, debuted in the former Old White Lounge area in summer 2007.  Hemisphere adds a new dimension to The Greenbrier's culinary repertoire with globally influenced cuisine by Chef Michael Voltaggio.  The dining is an experience involving unique ingredients and flavor combinations designed for the adventurous palate.

Guests can choose from tasting or ala carte menus with a vegetarian option.  For an intimate experience, guests may also select the eight-person chef's table or the
ten-person private dining room.
