As a member of the Justice tier, you have now reached the pinnacle of The Greenbrier Loyalty Program. Some luxuries you may look forward to during your stay include an upgrade to the best room available during check-in, personal concierge in advance of your visit and during your stay, complimentary steam and sauna services at our world-renowned spa, as well as complimentary valet parking. And just like every other tier, you can still redeem your points for free room nights and upgrades.

On your next stay, redeem your points at the following values.  Reservations using loyalty points may not be made more than three months in advance.  Guaranteed room upgrade redemptions can only be applied to your original confirmed accommodation and may not be combined with a reservation already utilizing loyalty points.

Jan–March
• One room night (2,000 points mid-week/3,000 points weekend)
• Guaranteed room upgrade, when available (500 points per class, per night)

April–Oct
• One room night (6,000 points mid-week/10,000 points weekend)
• Guaranteed room upgrade, when available (2,000 points per class, per night)

Nov–Dec
• One room night (3,000 points mid-week/4,000 points weekend)
• Guaranteed room upgrade, when available (1,500 points per class, per night)
