Soirée ’20 is the grandest New Year’s event at The Greenbrier! Guests will be treated to the finest offerings from the culinary brigade in Colonial Hall.
Executive Chef Bryan Skelding and his team have created a menu consisting of Classic Greenbrier dishes, fresh seafood, Italian classics, Pacific Rim specialties, salads, soups, cheeses and delectable desserts. All are presented at custom culinary presentation stations so you can dine at your leisure.
Soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, red and white wine (provided courtesy of our partners Jackson Family Wines) and a glass of champagne at midnight are included with admission.
A full cash bar is available.
The musical score for this unforgettable evening will be provided by The Ray Caddell Orchestra, and guests are encouraged to take advantage of our signature black and white tile dance floor! Reserved seating, complimentary wine, a champagne toast, party favors and balloon drop at midnight are all a part of the fun! After midnight, the party continues in the Casino Club, where guests are invited to try their luck at the tables and dance to the music until 2:30am.

Reservations required. Reservations must be cancelled at least 72 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 72 hours of the start of the activity.

Event is open to Registered Overnight Guests only. Pricing is the same for adults and children. Recommended for adults only.
