The menu for the Farm to Table Dinner has been carefully planned by Executive Chef Bryan Skelding, Chef Kayleb Band and their culinary team. The dishes have been selected based on the flavors of the season and the freshest ingredients available at the time of the dinner. Many of the fruits, vegetables and herbs used in the dishes have been harvested directly from Greenbrier Creekside Gardens, and locally sourced meats will be used in the dishes, as well. The goal is to provide an unforgettable dining experience that stimulate each of the senses and highlights favorite flavors of the region.

Because Chef Skelding, Chef Band and their team want to use the freshest ingredients available, the menus won't be complete until the week of the dinner. Once the seasonal menu is created, our Cellar Master, Thomas Kirby, will pair each course with a wine, craft cocktail and/or craft beer to fit the mood and flavor of the season.
