THEME:  It’s 1927, and Chicago Mayor “Big Bill” Thomas and his girlfriend, Ruthie Lang, are out on the town celebrating a new construction contract to build a Central Police Station in Chicago. Tonight, they are visiting Kitty’s Country Club, a local speakeasy run by Kitty Malone. The Mayor is an outspoken ally for prohibition and has declared war on gangsters like Al Capone and George “Bugs” Moran.
