Greenbrier Creekside Gardens is a new facility on the banks of Howard's Creek, home to incredible native trout and scenic beauty.
The concept of Greenbrier Creekside Gardens is to provide guests of America's Resort an opportunity to dine in a picturesque outdoor setting and enjoy delectable meals featuring ingredients grown and harvested locally and prepared fresh. From the state’s beginnings, West Virginians have taken great pride in serving family and friends meals filled with foods harvested fresh from their farms and surrounding woodlands, and that tradition continues at Greenbrier Creekside Gardens. Menus — created specifically for each dining experience by Executive Chef Bryan Skelding and the award-winning culinary team at America’s Resort — will include trout native to the Greenbrier Valley, locally-raised beef, chicken, pork and other meats, as well as vegetables, fruits and herbs grown in the same gardens where guests will dine. Menus will vary by occasion, taking full advantage of the freshest foods on a particular calendar date.
The summer and early autumn in West Virginia are the perfect time to enjoy the fresh mountain air, and Greenbrier Creekside Gardens will give guests the opportunity to take in the beautiful surroundings of the mountain state during a unique, clean dining experience that allows The Greenbrier’s culinary experts to use creativity to showcase the flavors of the region. A pergola and a farmhouse table will run through the center of the gardens, with sparkling outdoor lights, the smell of freshly prepared foods and the sound of water flowing through the creek creating the perfect dining atmosphere.
Greenbrier Creekside Gardens can be booked for group dinners through The Greenbrier's Group Sales department and will also be the site of special themed dinners throughout the summer and autumn.
