We’re pulling out the grills and cooking up your favorite sides for the ultimate backyard barbecue. Of course, The Greenbrier’s barbecue is no ordinary cookout, and its more than hamburgers and hotdogs. Savor the flavors of smoked meats and elevated side dishes, as well as desserts you’ll be craving for years to come. Our “yard” is something special, as well, with a picturesque pergola centered in a lush garden, as the sounds of nearby Howard’s Creek sooth your mind.

Policies & Must-Know Information

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity.
  • This event is open to all registered overnight guests and members. Guests under 21 may not include the wine pairing.
  • Menus are subject to change based on availability of ingredients and other factors.
