During this intimate dinner in the Vineyard Room below Prime 44 West, guests will enjoy a carefully crafted menu, chosen specifically by the culinary team to pair perfectly with some of our favorite bourbons from nearby Smooth Ambler Spirits. Learn how the right bourbon can enhance the flavors on your plate, as well as how it can be used in the preparation of mouthwatering dishes. Each guest will receive a voucher for a complimentary tour and tasting at Smooth Ambler Spirits to learn more about the process of creating this popular local bourbon.
