Build Your Own Pizza Class

There’s nothing quite as tasty as pizza from the coal fired ovens of The Forum at The Greenbrier. During this class, guests of all ages will learn the process and reasons for cooking with coal, as well secrets to the perfect crust and sauce for an authentic Italian delicacy. Our award-winning culinarians will even give you your fully cooked pizza to take with you and enjoy.

Policies & Must-Know Information

• Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity.
