    Cooking Class with Greenbrier Favorites

Darby Blount is the Chef de Cuisine at the Main Dining Room at The Greenbrier. A graduate of The Greenbrier’s world-renowned Culinary Apprenticeship Program, she is a passionate and innovative culinarian, who has also spent time at the Hotel Hershey. During this class, Chef Darby will share some of her favorite vegetable side dishes that help add nutrient diversity to any meal. The class is designed for the home cook, and recipes can be sampled at the end of the presentation.

Pricing

$50 per person
Gratuity, tax, and Historic Preservation Fund are additional.

Policies & Must-Know Information

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity.
  • Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • This event is open to registered overnight guests only.
