Cooking Class with Greenbrier Favorites
Nothing matches a dinner in The Greenbrier’s iconic Main Dining Room or Prime 44 West, but a taste of America’s Resort in your own kitchen is the next-best thing. During this demonstration, one of The Greenbrier’s award-winning chefs will teach participants the art of preparing buttermilk fried chicken and duck fat biscuits, the perfect wintertime comfort foods, in their home kitchens. The class is designed for the home cook, and recipes can be sampled at the end of the presentation.

Policies & Must-Know Information
- Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity.
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- This event is open to registered overnight guests only.
