The Greenbrier’s Main Dining Room has been serving breakfast and dinner since 1913, but the culinary tradition at America’s Resort dates back much further to the dining room of the Grand Central Hotel, the original hotel on the resort property. The culinary history of the resort includes the Culinary Apprenticeship Program, iconic dishes, celebrity chefs and more. Executive Chef Bryan Skelding and his team provide some insight into The Greenbrier’s unique place in the culinary world and answer questions from the crowd during this educational session.
