Flavors of the Mountain State
Enjoy the tastes of The Greenbrier’s back yard as we celebrate the best of Mountain State cuisine. Ramps, morels, and salt rising bread are just a few of the area favorites you’ll find on a menu that includes vegetables fresh from The Greenbrier’s own garden. It’s said, “When in Rome, do as the Romans do.” So, during your trip to West Virginia, why not eat like a Mountaineer during this fantastic creekside feast.
