Everyone loves a good Mexican dish, but the foods on this special menu go beyond what you would find at your neighborhood restaurant. Chef Valerio Vazquez pays tribute to his hometown and culture by capturing the unique flavors and recipes found in Monterrey and Mexico City, bringing a traditional country style food to the Greenbrier’s Farm to Table;  it’s as close as you’ll come to a dinner in Northern Mexico without having to leave West Virginia.

Policies & Must-Know Information

  • Reservations must be canceled at least 24 hours before the time of the activity. Guests will be charged the full cost of the activity if cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the start of the activity.
  • This event is open to all registered overnight guests and members. Guests under 21 may not include the wine pairing.
  • Menus are subject to change based on availability of ingredients and other factors.
