Guests must be a minimum of 16 years old for body treatments, massages, or hydrotherapy. Guests aged 6 to 15 can indulge in our Next Generation facial and nail services. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the Relaxation Area. Childcare assistance is available for ages younger than six. In-spa childcare is not provided.
To maximize your spa experience and relaxation time, please arrive 20 to 30 minutes before your appointment.
We’re pleased to offer fresh fruit, light snacks, juice, water, and peach tea for your enjoyment.
Certainly. Access to our steam room and sauna is complimentary on the day of your spa service. At The Greenbrier Spa, we provide gender-specific steam rooms, saunas, and dedicated lounge areas. For continuous access, daily passes are available for purchase. Please note that this doesn’t cover hydrotherapy services.
We encourage you to share any health conditions that may impact your spa experience with your therapist. Pregnant individuals need a doctor’s authorization prior to massage and body services.
We provide comfortable robes and slippers for you to change into before your treatment. You’ll have a private space to change and prepare for your spa experience. During the treatment, you’ll be appropriately draped with towels or sheets to ensure your privacy and comfort.
Alcohol is not served in the spa for safety reasons. We advise against alcohol consumption before or after spa/salon services. Services may be rescheduled or canceled for individuals who appear intoxicated.
To maintain our tranquil atmosphere, we request that all electronic devices be left in the provided lockers. Our environment is smoke-free.
For your convenience, a 20% service charge is added to all spa services.
